Our loan process is as easy as 1-2-3

  • Price

    Start by pricing your loan. If you like our rates, move on to the next step. If not, please contact your account executive to see if he/she can get you a lower rate on a different program. If your loan doesn't fit the box and requires an exception, please use this link loanfinder.online to request an exception.

  • Submit

    Once your borrowers accept your terms and you have a complete package, please go ahead and use our loan checklist and submission forms to package the loan. Use our secure online portal to submit the loan securly online. You will be able to then register, lock your loan online, upload conditions and follow up on status.

  • Close

    Working together with our partners and clients energizes and unifies us. Please reach out to your Account Executive and/or any of our staff to process your loan and move it through disclosure, underwriting, docs and funding. We are here to help you every step of they way.   • Use this Checklist to package a complete file Loan Checklist
  • Complete this Submission Form before submission your loan online Submission Checklist
  • Submit your borrower's loan online . Contact your Account Executive if you have forgotten your username and/or your password.

3) Processing & Finding Your Loan

  • We will email disclosures to your borrower(s) within 1-2 business days after complete submissions.
  • We will forward your file to underwriting once we receive signed disclosures from your borrower(s).
  • We will email underwriting conditions to all parties: You (the partner), Account Executive, MLO, Real Estate Agents and Borrower(s).
  • Docs are drawn within 1-2 business days after all conditions are signed off and file has clear to close.
  • Loan is funded with 1-2 business days upon execution of loan docus and receipt of all funding conditions.
  • A check will be mailed to your office with 3-5 business days after loan is sold.
